The laser welded P5-BiC Provides fast and efficient cutting through materials such as reinforced concrete, concrete blocks, engineering and facing bricks. With its specially optimised segment bond, the P5-BiC allows the machine to offer maximum battery efficiency. The addition of resin filled silencing scrolls to the steel core allow the blade to absorb the vibrations generated whilst cutting, reducing the decibel output, and the real-world volume by up to 16 times when compared to a conventional diamond blade.

Usage Advice:

Make certain the blade is suitable for the material before cutting
Always mount the blade, aligning the directional arrows with those on the machine
Guide the blade straight into the material
Do not use unnecessary pressure, the weight of the machine is sufficient
Carry out a slight forwards and backwards pendulum movement when cutting
BiONIC diamond blades can also be used on petrol and corded machines. However, this may affect the expected blade life
If a conventional diamond blade is used on a battery powered machine, it may reduce the tools overall performance and increase the vibrations felt through the tool.
