Product Description
Professional Quality, manufactured from special high grade tool steel, oil hardened and tempered. Smoothly ground heads and faces with cutting edges separately induction hardened to 61HRC for cutting hard or medium-hard wire and soft annealed tie wire used on reinforcing rods. Plastic coated handles.
